We are seeking qualified journeyman electricians to join our quickly expanding team. We are a full service residential and commercial electrical contractor. Our focus is solar installations, though we do all types of electrical work. We are looking for electricians who can work independently, who value quality of craftsmanship, and who are able to provide top-notch customer service. Electricians will work directly with project managers and job foremen to complete residential and commercial electrical work. Much of the work will involve installing, wiring, and overseeing solar installations, including any necessary service changes.


Preference is Journeyman level or at least 4th year apprentice about to obtain license. While no previous solar experience is required, preference will be given to those candidates who have experience on a wide variety of electrical project, are code-savvy, and have some experience running small crews.
Skill Set:
  • Residential and commercial electrical installation including, but not limited to:
  • Mounting electrical panel-boards, combiner panels, and other equipment
  • Bending and installing conduit
  • Pulling wire
  • Make up and terminations for all electrical equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, including solar systems
  • Maintain a clean job site, free of trash and hazards.
  • Work with local inspectors to satisfy local building requirements.
  • Complete and maintain all required paperwork and logs, including but not limited to:
  • Daily time cards
  • Daily logs
  • Job specific material lists (actuals)
  • Weekly vehicle inventory
  • Assess the environment and detect and mitigate any hazards associated with installation.
  • Safely use all power tools associated with electrical installation
  • Use and check all required safety equipment and PPE, including, but not limited to: Arc-flash protective gear, hand protection, eye protection, and fall protection
  • Maintain current knowledge of National Electrical Code (NFPA 70).
  • Verify that all electrical work done by electrical apprentices is of the highest quality and meets or exceeds NEC standards
